What I Offer:

First Free Consultation

I believe that you have the right to interview different doulas and choose who is the best fit for you.

Phone & Email Support

You will have access to me via phone, email and text throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.

2 Prenatal Visits

We will meet wherever you feel most comfortable (your house, at a cafe...) and discuss about your birth plan, any fears you might have, any question...

Professional Information

I will use all my knowledge and resources to provide you with the best answers and information.

As a Doula, I Do Not:

During labor

2 weeks before your estimated due date I will be on call 24/7 and will come to you if you think you might be in labor. I will stay by your side during the entire process to support you and make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

Immediate postpartum support

I will remain by your side for postpartum support 1-2 hours after the birth, including assistance establishing a breastfeeding relationship.

Perform any clinical tasks

Make decisions for you

Speak to the medical staff on your behalf

Prenatal Yoga

Private sessions adapted to your level and stage of pregnancy.
